Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths Service
We are appointed as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Taking Affidavits by the Ministry of the Attorney General, Ontario and can witness oaths, sign affidavits, and certify documents to be true copies of the original.
The following is a list of types of documents that can be notarized or commissioned:
- Affidavits statutory declarations, including declaration of lost or stolen passport; name change, marital status/common-law union declaration, custodianship declarations
- Consent letter for children travelling abroad
- Signatures
- Invitation letters
- Certification of copies, including Birth certificate, Marriage certificates, Identity documents, Diplomas, and university/college transcripts
